It is a tool that enables the receipt and processing of reports to detect and investigate possible irregular or inappropriate conduct that may be occurring within the company, through confidential alerts made by employees and other interested parties.
Who is this channel intended for?
To all our employees, clients, collaborators, and suppliers who wish to report a possible fraudulent or inappropriate conduct carried out within the organization.
What types of violations or conduct can be reported through this channel?
Irregular or inappropriate conduct such as sexual or workplace harassment, discriminatory behavior, working conditions, conflicts of interest, money laundering, fraud, favoritism, legal or contractual violations, etc.
Confidentiality
The internal information system allows you to report any action that effectively limits the rights and guarantees established in Law 2/2023. If you submit a report, even if not anonymously, you should know that your identity will be protected and cannot be disclosed to third parties. Additionally, the confidentiality of the data related to the affected individuals and any third parties mentioned in the provided information is guaranteed. Any necessary disclosures will be subject to the safeguards established in the applicable regulations.
