More than fifty years of experience.

Monthisa is the parent company of a family-owned business group with more than 50 years of experience.

This Group was founded on August 22, 1968 in the city of Murcia by Mr. Francisco Montoro Gil with the intention of investing in different sectors of Spain’s economy and creating a large-scale business group.

Since its founding, it has carried out its activity by creating and promoting successful business endeavors and projects in different sectors of Spain’s economy, mainly the Industrial, Real-Estate, Tourism and Energy sectors.

Currently the third generation has joined the Group and, together with a top-class professional team, has made Monthisa into one of the country’s leading real-estate firms.

Our lines of business currently revolve around developing residences, both first and second homes, developing office buildings, hotels and shopping centers, as well as managing real-estate assets.

For this purpose, Monthisa has been collaborating with international institutional investors with whom it has entered into joint investment agreements, also serving as the local managing partner.
