The DUBLIN BUILDING is one of the most important office buildings in the Campo de las Naciones area. It is located in a privileged setting and location, just a few minutes from the Metro station (Feria de Madrid), opposite the Juan Carlos I Park and very close to IFEMA, with excellent transport links to the Airport and direct connection to the M-40.

The DUBLIN BUILDING has a gross leasable area (GLA), according to AEO (Spanish Office Association) criteria, of 17,715 sqm. The car park has a total of 239 parking spaces, 18 of which have charging points for electric vehicles. The building also has almost 700 sqm of communal terraces (6th floor and top floor) and 515 sqm of private terraces (6th floor).

After many years as a tenant of an important state organization, in 2022 a thorough refurbishment of the building began (starting in May 22 and completed in December 23), in order to modernize it and adapt it to the current needs of the market in Madrid, thus converting it into a first-class office building. The renovation included a total overhaul of the installations, the addition of renewable energy sources (photovoltaic park), and adherence to maximum energy efficiency criteria and primary energy consumption reduction, adapting it to the new Technical Code and the latest fire protection regulations.

The finishes, accesses, communal areas and car park have been renovated. Areas and services for the exclusive use of the building’s users (meeting rooms, auditorium, flex space, gymnasium, etc.) have been planned on the ground floor. Also on the ground floor, there is a restaurant that serves the general public (building users and external customers). The terraces for common use will be used for recreational events, offering privileged views of Juan Carlos I Park.

The DUBLIN BUILDING complies with the requirements of the LEED GOLD and WELL GOLD certifications required by the certifying bodies.

The building have air treatment units equipped with the latest generation of filters, photocatalysis purification, active polarization systems and monitoring of air quality parameters. These units have proven efficiency (up to 98%) in ffiltering and removing microorganisms and volatile organic compounds in suspension. This technology, in addition to being sustainable due to its lower consumption, facilitates the permanent renewal of the air in the building. This system also allows air quality monitoring, providing continuous real-time measurement of CO2 levels, temperature and humidity, among other parameters.
