"Cardioprotected" Buildings

Safety and Emergency Response.

Our buildings are equipped with AIVIA defibrillators available to their occupants, ensuring a quick and effective response in the event of cardiac incidents.

We organize training courses with specialized providers for the employees of our tenants on how to use these defibrillators.

If the use of these defibrillators occurs within 3 minutes of a cardiac arrest, survival rates increase by 73%. If used within 5 minutes, the chances rise to 50%.

Fundación Española del Corazón

In the event of a cardiac arrest, every second counts. That’s why knowing how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) can be crucial.

Cruz Roja Española

In Spain, around 52,300 cardiac arrests occur annually, with 22,300 happening in hospitals and 30,000 in the community. Of those occurring outside of a hospital setting, only 5% to 10% result in recovery.
